Where a particular problem has been identified, or is suspected, an inspection and report limited to that particular issue, can be undertaken. Known as a Specific Defects Report it can cover, for example: structural movement, dampness, roofing problems or any building defect that you would like to obtain impartial professional advice on before instructing a contractor to carry out repair/replacement, if required.
