Extremely useful

Jon conducted a very thorough survey on a house we are hoping to buy, and gave us a thorough report and run through on the phone. We also asked Jon to assess whether we would be able to install energy saving measures, which was technically out of scope, and he provided extremely useful insights.

I would highly recommend

John's survey of the home I recently purchased was very thorough and gave lots of helpful recommendations. He identified several issues which allowed me to negotiate down the purchase price of the property. I would highly recommend his services.

Very professional

Jon's conducted a very thorough survey of the property we are prospecting to buy. Went through all the nooks and crannies, top to bottom. He was also very easy to get hold of, with follow up questions. Very professional and gave us his honest feedback about it all.

Excellent and comprehensive

We wanted a surveyor who was FRICS with lots of experience, rather than a company where you're not really sure who is doing the survey and their experience level. So we went with Jon for a level 2 survey, and we're very glad we did. Jon's report was excellent - comprehensive, easy to understand.
